The secret to their success

BMW is an acronym for Bayerische Motoren Werke AG - or, in English, Bavarian Motor Works. Whatever you call it, the German-based company is one of the world's most respected automakers, renowned for crafting luxury cars and SUVs that offer superior levels of driving enjoyment.

Sheer driving pleasure is our top priority. And so that it never ends, we constantly reinvent it. Making it more intelligent, more efficient, more dynamic. Because joy is what drives us – this most personal of feelings, in all its many different forms: Besides sheer driving pleasure, what matters to us is the joy of owning something very special, the joy of real values such as responsibility and recognition; the joy of success and progress.

BMW company always supports its customers, this is evidenced by the presence of free use of BMW manual, service manuals and owners manual. This important information you can finde in http://www.bavarianmw.com/

BMW does not stand for Best Motors in the World company. Sure, BMW-branded automobiles are regarded as being some of the few engineering forms close to perfection, but the letters stand for something less boisterous and more good-natured: Bayerische Motoren Werke or Bavarian Motor Works.

The BMW Group is pursuing the goal of developing new, pioneering ideas for customers as efficiently as possible. In other words, we create enthusiasm with technologically innovative products that are also emotionally appealing at the same time. This is why we built the “FIZ” Research and Innovation Centre in 1986, which intentionally promotes interpersonal communication with its honeycomb-like floor plan, short routes, and open spaces. The “Project House”, officially opened in 2004, marks yet another milestone in the expansion of the FIZ. It is the architectural reflection of the BMW Group’s so-called Product Evolution Process (PEP). With the elaborate architecture, the  echnological features, and the design of the high-quality workstations, we are setting new standards. Today, 8,500 associates are employed in the Research and Development departments of the Group worldwide. This is where we work on innovations that underscore our claim of being the best automobile manufacturer in the world.

The secret to their success does not lie in precise astrological predictions or mischievous and blatant employ of corporate espionage, but rather in a dedication to quality and constant pursuit of excellence. Unlike most of the auto manufacturers out there, BMW hasn't focused on a vehicle as a whole but started from its primary source of power, the engine, which has been perfected by generations of engineers over a close-to-a-century time span. The 'cardio-approach' BMW took resulted into obscenely efficient performance-happy engines that literally rocketed the company formed by Karl Friedrich Rapp in October 1913 straight to the sky.
